Dr. Vorm is currently Site Leader and Director at the Thermo Fisher Scientific (formerly Proxeon A/S) site in Odense, Denmark. He has over 12 years experience in the biotech industry both as an established researcher in the field of proteomics and a founder of subsequently successful biotech companies. In 1997, together with Dr. Matthias Mann, he established Protana A/S, the world's first dedicated proteomics company, which grew rapidly to profitability and was subsequently sold to MDS Proteomics Inc., Canada, where Dr. Vorm held the position of Chief Operating Officer. In 2002 he founded Proxeon A/S, acting as the company's CEO until 2006. During this period he was closely involved in the development of one of the company's flagship products, the EASY-nLC system. Dr. Vorm has worked in proteomics since 1989 and co-authored some of the most cited papers in the field. He holds degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Southern Denmark and performed his post-doctoral work at the EMBL in Heidelberg, Germany.

Mr.Hansen has  more than 15 years of finance and administrative experience from international accounting and financial activities. Prior to joining Proxeon (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific), Mr Hansen was Senior Controller for the Canadian company MDS Proteomics A/S and Finance Manager for MDS Denmark. Earlier he held positions in insurance at TRYG, Denmark's largest general insurance company, and in banking at Nordea, a financial services group in the Nordic and Baltic region. He holds a BCom in Accounting from the University of Odense and qualifications from the Insurance Academy in Rungsted, Denmark.

Mr. Bern has been Head of Operations since 2008, with responsibility for the supply chain, production and product care development of the entire product portfolio.He originally joined the software development and bioinformatics group at Proxeon (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) in 2005, moving into a more commercial role as Product Specialist for ProteinCenter in 2006. During this period he was responsible for supporting the market introduction and sales development of ProteinCenter.In 2007, Mr. Bern was appointed Director of Software Development, with line management responsibility, and Product Manager for ProteinCenter.Mr. Bern holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, Molecular and Cell Biology and is currently studying for an MBA at the University of Southern Denmark.
