Carefully remove the emitter from the package. Do not bend!

Ensure the emitter is visible at the end of the sleeve.

Confirm OD of supplied sleeve to ensure correct fittings are used.

Attach the emitter, in its sleeve, using an appropriate ferrule/connector.

Tighten the ferrule/connector. Fingertight only!

Check that there is a stable flow through the emitter.

If the fitting leaks, please ensure emitter/sleeve and HPLC line is correctly seated in the fitting, and tighten ¼ turn further.

Repeat until leak-tight.
