Nano ES ion source kits offer the simplest, fastest and most flexible route to generating ions. Excellent flow stability
Spray of 1.2 µL of a peptide mixture for more than 80 minutes. A peptide mixture from a Lactoglobulin digest was dissolved in 5% formic acid/50% methanol and loaded into a Nano ES emitter (ES38). The average flow rate was 15 nL/min. Peptide ions were observed for more than 90 minutes.
