  • Proxeon releases ProteinCenter 2.0 with new functionalities to facilitate data sharing and enhance interpretation capabilities.

GeneBio and Proxeon sign an integration and distribution agreement focused on GeneBio's Phenyx protein identification platform and Proxeon's ProteinCenter data interpretation software.

Thermo Fisher Scientific becomes Proxeon’s third major HPLC and MS instrument business partner. Companies announce successful integration of EASY-nLC system software with Xcalibur software. Proxeon becomes a registered Thermo Fisher Scientific Virtual Instrument Partner (VIP).

Proxeon and Varian announce a non-exclusive, worldwide OEM Agreement whereby Varian Inc. will offer the EASY-nLC system as part of their LC - MS portfolio. The instrument will be marketed as the Varian 216-LC.

Proxeon acquires the bioinformatics development company, MDS Denmark A/S, to enhance its efforts in development of bioinformatics applications for proteomics research – paving the way fro development of ProteinCenter.
