Patrik Dahlén, Ph.D., Chairman
Dr. Dahlén is currently President and CEO at Dako A/S. From 2001 until 2005, Dr. Dahlén was CEO of BioImage A/S. Earlier in his career he moved from research through to international senior management positions within EG & G Wallac (now part of PerkinElmer Inc.), becoming Senior Vice President of PerkinElmer, Inc and subsequently taking the role of President at PerkinElmer Life Sciences Inc. Dr. Dahlén holds degrees in biochemistry from Åbo Akademi University and the University of Turku.
Erik Walldén

Mr. Wallden is CEO of Affibody AB and serves on the boards of the Industrial Supervisory Board of Healthinvest Partners AB, Exiqon A/S, Bergekullen Fastighets AB and VisEn Medical Inc.

Prior to his role as President and CEO of Biacore International AB, which was sold after a successful turnaround to GE Healthcare in 2006, he was President and CEO of Pyrosequencing AB, successfully leading the company's growth from venture financings through an initial public offering. Earlier Mr. Wallden was instrumental in establishing and growing companies such as PerSeptive Biosystems, Inc. (part of Applied Biosystems), Pharmacia Biosensor AB (now GE Healthcare Biacore) and Pharmacia Biotech (now GE Healthcare Life Sciences). Mr. Wallden began as an Analytical Chemist from Uppsala University.

Jarne Elleholm

Mr. Elleholm has more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical and life science industries at Vice President and CEO level with a record of achievement in strategic business development, restructuring and driving profitable growth. He has served as CEO for the Biotech company Aresa A/S where he built up the organization and completed an IPO. Prior experience includes European Vice President for Whatman International, a LSE listed company, and CEO for Lundbeck Ltd. UK where he successfully launched several pharmaceutical products. Mr. Elleholm holds an M.Com from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from INSEAD.

Hans-Henrik Eriksen, M.Sc.
Mr. Eriksen is CEO of the private venture fund Vecata A/S, part of the Bagger-Sørensen Group, which he joined in 1997 as CFO. Apart from a number of board positions in the Vecata portfolio Mr. Eriksen also holds board positions in the Færch Group and Gudme Raaschou Vision. Previously he was Senior Vice President, Accounting and Taxes in Tele Danmark A/S (TDC) for 6 years and before that he worked as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen for 7 years. He has extensive experience in starting up companies as well as mergers and acquisitions and holds a Master's Degree from Aarhus School of Business Economics.
Ole Vorm, Ph.D.
Dr. Vorm is currently CSO and Head of R and D at Proxeon A/S. He has over 10 years experience in the biotech industry both as an established researcher in the field of proteomics and a founder of subsequently successful biotech companies. In 1997, together with Dr. Matthias Mann, he established Protana A/S, a private company that grew rapidly to profitability and was subsequently sold to MDS Proteomics Inc. Dr. Vorm went on to hold senior management positions in MDS Proteomics A/S and MDS Proteomics Inc., Canada. In 2002 he founded Proxeon A/S. Dr. Vorm holds degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Southern Denmark.
 Tonni Bülow-Nielsen

Mr. Bülow-Nielsen is an investment director in Vaekstfonden, focusing on the areas of medical technology and biotechnology. Prior to this, he was administrative director and part-owner of Nordic Medical Group A/S, a company marketing medical products within the Nordic region. For six years, Mr. Bülow-Nielsen worked in the USA, as Vice President Sales and Marketing and President  of the Canadian and South American  regions within ELA Medical (part of Sanofi-Synthelabo), and, initially, as Global Marketing Director for St. Jude Medical in Los Angeles and Japan.

He has also been the European Director for St. Jude Medical based in Brussels and served as Country Manager for Guidant Nordic Area and sales manager for Danica Biomedical in the Nordic region. Mr. Bülow-Nielsen qualified as a medical engineer and holds an MBA from the Scandinavian  International Management Institute.
